We bring precision laser cleaning technology directly to your facility. No chemicals. No abrasive media. No secondary waste. Just clean surfaces, restored to their original condition.
Sandblasting, chemical cleaning, and dry ice blasting each carry hidden costs that compound over time. They damage substrates, create hazardous waste, and shut down your operations.
Abrasive media damages delicate substrates, generates silica dust, and requires costly containment and disposal. Manitoba silica regulations are tightening, driving up compliance costs.
Solvents and acids pose health risks, require special handling, and create VOC emissions. New Canadian VOC regulations effective 2024 restrict dozens of product categories, limiting your options.
Every hour spent on cleanup is lost production. Media cleanup, water runoff, and hazardous disposal add hidden costs to every job. Your team deserves better.
Our 300W JPT MOPA pulsed fiber laser vaporizes contaminants at the molecular level without touching the substrate beneath. Rust, paint, oil, grease, and oxidation are eliminated cleanly and precisely.
No chemicals or abrasives. Zero solvents, zero media, zero hazardous byproducts. Fully compliant with Canadian VOC and Manitoba silica regulations.
Non-destructive and precise. Clean only what needs cleaning. Delicate surfaces, threads, and machined tolerances remain intact.
No secondary waste. Contaminants vaporize into a minimal dry residue captured by HEPA filtration. No water, no media, no runoff.
Mobile and self-contained. We arrive with everything needed and run on portable generator power. Your operations keep running.
From heavy industrial rust to precision weld preparation, ARC handles the full spectrum of surface cleaning challenges.
Heavy oxidation, scale, and corrosion stripped from steel, iron, and alloy surfaces without pitting or damage.
Remove paint, powder coat, and industrial coatings selectively. Clean only the area that needs it.
Pre-weld surface prep and post-weld cleaning. Remove spatter, discoloration, and heat tint for clean, inspection-ready welds.
Vaporize hydrocarbon contamination from machinery, engines, and equipment without solvents or degreasers.
Machinery, tooling, molds, and production line components restored to operating condition with minimal downtime.

Built-up carbon, grease, and residue removed from exhaust hoods, racks, and cooking surfaces. NFPA 96 compliance support.
Historical restoration, masonry cleaning, and graffiti removal from brick, stone, and metal without damaging the substrate.
Winnipeg is home to over 700 advanced manufacturing companies and 45-plus welding and fabrication shops. We built ARC to serve them.
The easiest first sale and highest repeatability. Pre-weld and post-weld cleaning improves quality and inspection pass rates. 78 percent of manufacturers cite weld quality as a top concern.
726 advanced manufacturing companies in Winnipeg metro alone. Tooling, molds, production lines, and equipment restored with minimal disruption to operations.
High willingness to pay. Trucks, trailers, and heavy machinery cleaned of corrosion and grease without disassembly or extended downtime.
A blue ocean opportunity. Over 1,300 food service establishments in Winnipeg. NFPA 96 compliance drives recurring cleaning of hoods, ducts, and cooking equipment.
Precision rust and paint removal from panels, frames, and components without warping or pitting. Ideal for classic and specialty vehicle restoration.
Historical masonry, graffiti removal, and surface restoration for property managers, heritage buildings, and municipal infrastructure.
Existing players in Manitoba are either generalist environmental contractors where laser cleaning is one of twenty services, or budget operators competing on price. ARC is neither.
Laser cleaning is all we do. Not a side service buried in a catalogue. Every job benefits from focused expertise and purpose-built equipment.
We bring the equipment to you and run on portable generator power. No transport delays, no facility requirements, minimal disruption to your schedule.
Full ANSI Z136.1 compliance. Controlled laser areas, certified eyewear, barriers, and HEPA fume extraction on every indoor job. No shortcuts.
Send us photos or schedule a site visit. We assess the contaminant, substrate, and scope to provide an accurate estimate.
Transparent pricing based on surface area, contaminant type, and job complexity. No surprises, no hidden fees.
We arrive on schedule, set up a controlled laser area, and execute the clean. Most jobs completed same day.
Photo documentation of before and after. Site left clean. Follow-up to ensure the results meet your standards.
Premium service at a rate that beats the total cost of sandblasting when you factor in media, containment, disposal, and downtime.
Minimum 2 hours. Ideal for targeted cleaning, small parts, and single equipment pieces.
Best value for mid-size jobs. Multiple equipment pieces, moderate surface areas.
Large scale cleaning. Full equipment fleets, production lines, or extensive surface areas.
Multi-day, multi-site, or specialized applications. Volume pricing available for recurring contracts.
ARC Surface Solutions was founded on a simple premise: industrial surface cleaning deserves better than abrasive media and harsh chemicals. We saw Winnipeg manufacturers, fabricators, and fleet operators settling for methods that damage their equipment, create hazardous waste, and eat into production time.
We invested in professional-grade pulsed fiber laser technology and built a mobile service model that brings precision cleaning directly to the job site. No transport. No facility requirements. No downtime.
Our goal is to become the recognized name in laser cleaning across Manitoba, and to expand with multiple crews as demand grows. We lead with education, not discounts. We show up on time, document everything, and leave your surfaces cleaner than we found them.
Yes. Our 300W pulsed fiber laser is calibrated to vaporize contaminants without affecting the substrate beneath. Rust, paint, and grease absorb the laser energy while the underlying metal, stone, or composite remains untouched. We assess every substrate before cleaning begins.
Cleaning speed depends on the contaminant and substrate. Light rust and oxidation clean at 5 to 15 square feet per hour. Heavy rust at 1 to 5 square feet per hour. Paint at 3 to 10 square feet per hour. We provide realistic time estimates during quoting.
Both. For indoor jobs we set up a controlled laser area with barriers, signage, and HEPA fume extraction. Outdoor jobs require appropriate containment. We follow ANSI Z136.1 safety standards on every site regardless of location.
We are based in Winnipeg and service the surrounding region. Travel within the city is included. Jobs outside Winnipeg may include a travel fee based on distance. Contact us with your location for details.
On a per-hour basis laser cleaning costs more. But when you factor in the total cost of sandblasting, including abrasive media at $75 to $600 per day, containment setup, hazardous waste disposal, and equipment downtime, laser cleaning is frequently the lower total cost. We are happy to walk through a comparison for your specific job.
None. We arrive with a portable Honda inverter generator that powers the laser system independently. If your facility has 120V or 240V single-phase power available, we can use that instead. Either way, no special electrical setup is required.
Tell us about your project. Send photos if you have them. We will respond within one business day with an assessment and estimate.
